Its 25-year guarantee and 4mm toughened safety glass provide long-term durability, while its adjustable roof pane allows you to easily control airflow. Attention to detail features heavily in our cold frames with marine grade stainless steel used throughout to add an extra touch of quality.

Just like our meticulously constructed greenhouses, we're utilising only the finest-grade box section aluminum for the fabrication of our cold frames combined with marine grade stainless steel throughout. Designed by gardeners, for gardeners, we've seamlessly integrated premium aluminum with robust, 4mm toughened safety glass. This harmonious combination ensures our cold frames are suitable for both soil garden placement and hardstanding areas.
Rhino Tuff 4mm toughened safety glass is 33% thicker than most greenhouse and cold frame glass and comes as standard with every Rhino cold frame. The panes are designed with safety in mind, meaning breakages are less likely while ensuring that, if broken, the glass will shatter into lots of tiny pieces rather than big shards that are far more likely to cause injury. Even the edges of the glass are rounded so that you don’t cut yourself during installation. And with Grade A glass, you can achieve ultimate clarity for maximum light.
We've designed our cold frames to be fully adjustable. The roof pane can be raised well past 90° degrees to make it simple for larger items to be removed or added to the cold frame, plus the roof pane can be locked at 3 intermediate heights to allow you complete control over airflow.
